In addition to design and manufacture burn-In systems and drivers, Incal is also a major supplier of Burn-In Boards (BIB) for many IDM Companies. Not only we design and manufacture Incal-style BIBs, we can also supply many other industry ‘style’ boards to fit other industry chambers.
ATE Services
Incal is now the official Agilent/Versatest V1000, V1100, V2100 Service outlet. We are also the sole supplier of spare hardware for HP82000 systems. In 2008, Incal signed an agreement with AccoTest ATE as their representative for US and Europe.

Our Power/Mixed Signal i947X testers offer tte highest power testing ranges in the industry. With Incal's flexible i947X systems you can test a wide variety of power, analog and mixed signal devices with great accuracy while reducing the cost-of-test.
AccoTest Systems
Incal is now selling and distributing AccoTest Systems in US and Europe. AccoTest System is a low cost and high performance ATE addressing analog and low end mixed signal device testing.
