INCAL will present a technical paper at BiTS 2012.

The BiTS Workshop program committee has accepted the presentation abstract for a paper that Incal will present at BiTS 2012 in Mesa, AZ. We will also have an exhibit booth at the event.

April 2011
INCAL receives a custom order for High Power THB System.

Aside from our standard burn-in system products, we receive orders for customized solutions not readily found in the industry. This month, Incal was awarded an order to develop a high-power temperature/humidity bias system for a San Jose, California semiconductor customer. This system will be designed to provide up to 35A per DUT for a total of 2500W live load while under an 85C/85%RH environment.

March 2011
INCAL concluded a successful participation at BiTS (Burn-in Test Socket Workshop).

Our booth at the BiTS Workshop showcased Incal's flagship technology - the XP160 Driver and Inspire System Software Suite. We wish to thank all the customers and visitors who stopped by our booth, and look forward to seeing you next year.

November 2009
INCAL ships its first Inspire 8160 HX burn-in system.

The "HX" system, which provides ambient burn-in with individual DUT temperature control, will serve the mid-power burn-in requirements of a large telecom/wireless customer - according to the Silicon Valley based independent burn-in facility which purchased the system.

2009
INCAL has just introduced its Inspire 8160 HX burn-in system for medium to high power devices.

This system provides temperature control and management at the DUT level, no thermal chamber is required. Utilizing industry standard ‘thermal sockets’ combined with Incal’s state-of-the-art driver technology and its Inspire software platform, this is the most cost effective ‘burn-in’ solution for power devices up to 60W.

2008
INCAL introduced the new Inspire XP8160 System.

In addition to our standard Inspire XP-160 system (with 4 PS BIB), INCAL has introduced another configuration that allows up to ‘8 Power Supply’ to the BIB (called 8160 system). The power supplies can be either positive or negative. This system addresses the growing trend of newer and more complex devices that require more than 4 power supplies.

2007
INCAL introduced the new XP-160 driver with analog signal generation option.

XP-160 is Incal’s second generation design of the very successful Infinity I-160 drivers. It is fully compatible with the I-160 with many added enhanced features, while it continues to have 160 drive channels (64 of which can be ‘monitor’ channels), an ‘Analog option’ can be added (16 analog channels) to address not only standard logic devices but also mixed signal ICs (including SOCs).

2006
INCAL is now the official AGILENT Versatest V1000, V1100, V2100 ATE Service outlet.

Since 2006, INCAL has been the sole repair and spare depot for all V1000/V1100/V2100 system boards. We can repair and manufacture all these legacy system boards and instruments. We also have purchased all inventory from Verigy.

2005
INCAL is now the official HP82000 'Spare Boards' outlet.

INCAL has purchased from HP/Verigy all their worldwide HP82000 spare ‘inventory’. INCAL is now the sole supplier of all HP82000 spare boards. HP82000 was one of HP’s earlier High Performance Digital Test Systems. For more information, please see our ATE Service page.
