Cary Caywood

CEO

Prior to co-founding Incal in 1988, Cary co-founded Liberty Laboratories in 1983. He has extensive experience in the electronics business spanning back to 1970, holding various management and technical positions at Microtest Systems and Electronics Arrays.

Bruce Simikowski

Vice President and General Manager

A 30-year veteran of the industry, Bruce joined Incal in 1994 as Sales & Marketing Manager and has contributed significantly to the growth of Incal. Prior to joining Incal, Bruce served in Sales, Field Service, Engineering, and other technical positions at ATE and Burn-in related companies such as Pycon, Westak, Adaptive Electronics, GenRad, Microtest Systems, Fairchild Test Systems, and Motorola.

John Pioroda

Sales Manager

Prior to joining Incal in January of 2011, John held various sales management positions at Test Tooling Solutions Group, Pycon, and Cody Electronics - all in semiconductor burn-in related positions. John started in the industry as a burn-in engineer in 1987 at Best IC Laboratories.

Donna Peterson

Finance Manager

Donna joined Incal in 2001. She has worked in the accounting field for technology companies for over 21 years, and runs her own consulting firm. Donna is a certified trainer for AC-2000.
