The Incal i9472 is our very high performance, production test system, which can easily accommodate the testing of voltage ranges up to +/- 2500V and currents up to 800A (pulsed).The system is controlled by an industry standard PC, including a large hard disk with a built-in tape backup. It supports one or two test heads and can be readily expanded for future requirements.

The i9470 is a lower cost system, configured primarily to test complex discrete, power discrete, small signal and opto devices. It incorporates the same powerful architecture, system controller and software as the i9472 and can test its designated devices at voltages up to +/- 2500V and currents up to +/- 200A (pulsed).

Supporting the i9472 is the TH-300 test head. This compact sub-system brings a host of instrumentation directly to the device under test (DUT), enabling increased accuracy, and higher throughput, with a single-pass test. The TH-300 supports 32 analog channels,and is slotted for 14 test-head instruments. It can be rapidly adapted to changing test requirements by adding or changing-out the appropriate instruments and adapting the testing program. The TH-300 is dedicated to the i9472 system.

The TH-200 test head is a low cost, high throughput vehicle, which supports the i9470 system. It provides 16 analog channels, 16 relay drivers and 16 static digital lines. It can also be configured with an AC option for making high precision Time measurements.

I947X systems Software provides an interactive, menu-driven environment which speeds test program development and debugging. In addition, an extensive program development library ensures consistent test methodology, program compatibility and very accurate test results.
