In 2006 Incal entered into an agreement with Agilent to take over the parts/repair responsibility for Agilent's worldwide V1000/V1100/V2100 customers. Incal has purchased the entire worldwide inventory from Agilent. In addition, Incal will have the repair and manufacturing capability of all 'V1000/V1100/V2100' parts.

If you are a current user of these Agilent systems, Incal is ready to support you with 'board exchange, board repair, spare service contract as well as new board purchase'. Manufacturing and Repair Center is at our Fremont Factory, our worldwide Representative Offices will have some strategic 'Spare' inventory to support local customer needs.
